A little less noise there

“A little less noise there.” (J.M. Barrie). This was the first line we used as a joke in the theater, and it never stops. I still remember the first day we barely know each other. However after two months working together, we are now like a family, and we build not only character’s relationships, but also relationships between all of us. I was so nervous during the audition because I had to run the scene with Charlotte who is a excellent actress because I had saw two of her plays, and she did a great job in both of them. To be honest, I am a big fan of Charlotte, and I was so excited and happy that I could work with her in this play. When we had been working together three weeks, I found out that everyone in this play loves theater, and they are all funny and talented. Through this play, I not only learned more about theater, but also built solid and amazing friendships with everyone. I want to thank all of you for giving me such a precious and happy first play experience.

Because this is my first time participate in a English play, I had a hard time figuring out my characters. I would not be as good as I am now if Ms. Guarino, Rachel, Anna and Sam didn’t help me with lines and character’s understanding. I would not be in character so well if Amy and all crew members didn’t help me to find the best costumes and props for me. I would not be so confident and happy if Erin, Wiebke, Charlotte and William didn’t help me to find my position in the play, and Amalia, Maddy, Abi and Dilyara always make me laugh. I also want to give a special thank to William because when we were working together we can always get new ideas for characters, and I always feel like that we are playing together instead of doing an act.

After all, this was a great play, and it feels so differently when I was on the stage than sitting in the audience. I wish that I can work with all these awesome people together more in the future. I love all of you, and I am so proud to say that I finally get on the right track and I could not be happier.
